Early Intervention
Opening Doors to Real Opportunities
When opportunity disappears, risk fills the gap. We believe early access to opportunity changes everything through training, mentoring, and paid opportunities.
Youth Empowerment
Building Careers, Not Court Records
We support young people to build confidence, skills, and networks. Every contribution creates opportunity. Every opportunity changes a life.

Early Intervention with Long-Term Impact
The ALLI Foundation was inspired in 2019 by Kehinde Alli, who saw the challenges faced by young people with talent but struggling to realise their potential. We provide financial help to young people aged 16-21 who don't have family support, so they can follow their dreams in sport, entertainment, fashion, and music.
- Open doors to real-world experience and paid opportunities
- Support young people into employment and sustainable careers
- Reduce the risk of crime by providing positive, structured pathways
- Build confidence, skills, and networks where they matter most
Jibowu: From Prison to Purpose
“The strength should not be selling an individual, but building a structured support system - development pathways, mentoring, training, and safeguarding.”
His transformation represents more than a personal journey - it is a blueprint for how structured support can change outcomes. The ALLI Foundation is building a methodology around stories like his, creating repeatable pathways for young people at risk.
